A Fullmetal Alchemist fan-character, adapted and inspired by someone I used to game with on Xbox LIVE on Phantasy Star Universe.
His title comes from his place of origin, a snowy village nestled in the mountains, and the fact he creates ice from moisture in the air for most forms of alchemy, as well as his weapon of choice- a scythe he also uses for medical purposes when the situation requires it.
